"This was a jem of a find couldn't fault the cleanliness of the room and the hotel itself. The owners and their staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was excellent and a good choice. Off road parking was good and on their property. It's ideally situated near the town and beach with about a 15 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again without a doubt and would highly recommend this hotel."

"We arrived to a view friendly welcome and shown to a lovely room overlooking the sea, The position on the promenade couldn't be more perfect. The building has been beautifully updated but maintains lovely georgian features in particular the bay windows overlooking the sea. Breakfast was lovely and we were especially pleased when we explained we would miss Saturday breakfast as we were doing Parkrun - no problem - the lovely owners simply put back breakfast time for us. "Nice location, no phone signal. Unfortunately our room had a leak in the bathroom, so it has a very wet floor most of the stay. The bed was comfortable and the host was friendly & helpful, but the room was not very clean, with dust & cobwebs all over. The shower hose was encrusted which wasn’t very appealing. "Lovely cottage, i chose to self cater and the cottage had everything i required. A little further from my work but worth it. Not sure if you're aware, bathroom cold tap as a slight leak. Thank you for a comfortable few nights "

"Perfect lovely B&B with host and team who are thr most attentive and caring. Room (two bedroom we had for 4 of us) was perfect in clenlisness and decor. Location is outstanding , breakfast was lovely and all in everything is perfection "

"The host, Justin, is an amazing one-man-band. Incredibly welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in was lovely; clean, bright and warm. Each day my fridge was restocked with water and fresh milk. The breakfast was always fabulous, especially the poached eggs (perfect!). Plenty of parking (free) and beautiful countryside, though not far from all amenities (3 min drive). Pub within walking distance. I will definitely stay again and will recommend to visiting friends and family. "
