"This is a thermal water hotel, but upon arrival the whole entire hotel didn't have any thermal water running. It took until late at night to fix the problem, but the pool in my room was empty. Then, the staff had to call maintenance because it was an issue with the pool inside the room. I couldn't use the pool until this morning. The other pools in the common areas were freezing and disgusting. Even the robe they have had some stains on it. I especially requested a quiet cabin, and it was a lot of noise from thr cabin next to me until almost midnight? Then tjis morning the area was the uploading zone for all the supplies coming to the hotel. So a bunch of trucks and staff were making a lot of noise The whole experience was horrific and I couldn't get out of that place fast enough. Did an early check out. On the other hand some of the staff was nice and attentive and tried to resolve all the issues they were having the best they could. HORRIBLE PLACE! and very disappointed as yesterday was my birthday, and I wanted to have a relaxing time."

"Place was a dream. Will go again. They even had an amazing dog to escort us to the waterfall hike named sol. Food was good and affordable , the staff were very friendly . Can not wait to go back!"

"Love the hotel, the location, the staff! My room was hot cause the air conditioning wasn’t in the levels that I always used! But understanding that the city it’s hot I consider in general an excellent experience!!!! I’m recommended"

"Great location at the top of town with an amazing terrace and views over the valley. Room was comfortable and spacious though deco was a bit tired. If your budget allows for a valley view then do it, the view is stunning. Unfortunately we didn’t and had a view of the carpark. Breakfast was cooked to order and good and the staff were friendly and helpful. My main complaint was that there was no drinking water provided free of charge, instead small bottles could be purchased for 4k cop each (i would recommend buying in the supermarket in town)"

"Absolutely incredible! Staff was very attentive and caring to every detail, including reserving tours and preparing meals ahead of time for us. Food was delicious every time, spa was relaxing. The view is stunning, i just can’t say just how much we enjoyed staying here! We were at the villa master suite (tucan). We also had the couples massage and enjoyed all the pools other than just our private one. We booked a coffee tour through the hotel and it was incredible! We had 2 drivers throughout our stay that were very respectful, friendly and knowledgeable!"
