Clean!

Without a doubt the cleanest hotel room I have stayed at in a very long time! Hats off to Angela for a super job. The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We always try to stay here when traveling from Florida. They have the most comfortable beds! The only trouble is they are in BADLY need of a remodel of at least their bathrooms. We actually stayed in two different rooms on this trips and both baths had mold in them and we wouldn’t use the shower/tub. I know they try their best to clean it but there is only so much you can do.

I have a special needs chid who needs a room he can be moved in. Before making reservation I asked Daphne at the front desk to see a room and she cheerfully and personally showed me one! We reserved and she ended up being the person checking us in and remembered our needs. All the staff was professional and above and beyond from the housekeeping to the front dest and breakfast service! Highly recommend this hotel!!

Not the best, check in time took forever, almost no breakfast at 8 am, bathroom smelled moldy and the toiletries were terrible. 1 wash rag and 1 towel in the room.

Disappointing

The woman who checked us in was very unfriendly, no smile, no hello, didn’t give us any information on breakfast, check out. Nothing! Plain rude! Everything else was ok, no extra toilet paper and had to go down and get it. This wasn’t a special request, it was a nessesity. Breakfast was decent but would never go there again.

Front Desk Customer Service is so poor. Women’s demeanor was not friendly at all. I spend over $1,500 to stay and because of front desk’s poor service I was hesitant to ask for anything to include tissue. I got my own. Upon checking out I had to wait because she was on her personal phone on speakers! 5 minutes passed I had to approach and say “Can I check out?” Please work on your front desk. Demeanor, professionalism and customer service for all people. Women in laundry side, and room service were more polite and friendly.

The elevator wasn’t working the first two days and then was out of order the last night/day. We asked to have toilet paper, fresh towels and the garbage taken out after the second night and when we returned the only thing they left was 2 towels. No toilet paper and trash was still overflowing. The room smelled like cigarettes but I’m sure it was coming from one of the other guests. The bath tub doesn’t stop up and when running a bath the shower leaks all over the floor and tub. It was a nightmare giving my kids a bath. We had to make 3 trips up and down the stairs to put all our stuff in the car when we left.
