"Place smelt frothy upon entry. However Nicholas was super nice and friendly. Door was hard to open and you could not close. Nicholas had to show us how to adjust the knob to get it to lock. The sink fixture was not attached to the sink and no hot water was available from it. Then we opened the fridge and the freezer was compacted with nasty dirt black freezer burnt ice. So we had to throw away food. Only thing good was the price. Beware. You get what you pay for"
"Cons:
I've seen better breakfast
Only one ice maker was working. In a full hotel it is hard to get enough ice for a mixed drink.
Pros: The staff is your biggest asset."
"We ended up driving up (pictures are NOT what is actually). Property didn't have a sign had a fence around it. My kids were terrified. Walked in and said can I cancel and the gentleman said yes with NO questions asked. Looks like an unused run down building."
"The Front Desk Staff was AMAZING! We were there for the NJCAA Baseball World Series and they were very accommodating in extending our stay as our team was winning. The only thing is we were hoping to use the pool and hot tub and it was not working our entire stay :("
"The hotel is poorly maintained and ran down. The window and ac unit in our room was covered in mold. There was hair in the shower and we found used Kleenex on the floor by the bed. Breakfast was frozen items in a freezer that you could microwave yourself. The pool was nice but the hot tub did not have a functioning heater or jets. The staff however were super friendly and went above and beyond to try to make our stay comfortable."
