"Staff was extremely nice and accommodating but we were surprised by the amount of spiders inside the room. Although we understand that the spiders are a part of nature, we did not expect them inside the room. It is a kid friendly property and staff was very welcoming. "

"Quiet location even though there is a bar just below the hotel. Walkable to the main street for shopping, dining and a nightcap. Hotel is clean, the only quirk is that the bathrooms are not in the actual room. Which late at night can be a little bothersome. Still this hotel has a lot of charm and charisma and gives you a real sense of its history."
"What an absolute gem of a place! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. It felt like we were staying in a mansion of our very own. The rooms are renovated, spacious and very clean. The beds are so soft and the robes are like being wrapped in a cloud. We had a street side room. The view was great and we didn’t find the traffic too noisy. Really appreciated the breakfast goodies. The baked good were beyond delicious! Definitely will be back."
