"The desk server was on his phone in the parking lot and no where to be found. There was $hit smeared all over the public restroom in the lobby and when we asked if there was another restroom the kids could use and explained the situation the girl at the desk simply said NO thats thebonlynone we have and showed no concern for the cleanliness/ public health hazard of their hotel"

"For what this hotel lacks in amenities it by far makes up for in comfort, convenience, and customer service! Everything single staff member was efficient, helpful, and SO friendly! This was the first time we traveled with our pup Vito and he was welcomed with open arms!"

"Pool broken and closed down. Room smelt like a whole pack of cigarettes had just been smoked in the room 5 minutes before we checked into the room. Whirlpool in the room was filthy. Bedding is paper thin and the two pillows they have on the bed are flat as can be. "

"I really appreciated that the gravy was vegetarian! Breakfast was fairly standard for a hotel, but everything tasted good and the biscuits in particular were really good. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Air conditioning was excellent, when I adjusted the temperature & fan speed I noticed those changes in the room temperature almost immediately. The front desk staff basically said “deal with it/it won’t take long” and the manager called to tell me it was my fault because I checked in a day later than reservation and even though he personally managed my lost reservation on check in, he had no idea anyone was in my room. "Everything was cool breakfast was good, it was clean in the room. The only thing we were disappointed with was the pool honestly looked kind of yucky. We didnt get in, the water was cloudy and questionable. Liked everything else though."
