"Room was clean , staff was super kind and supportive. The hotel is over 100 years old, keeping its original way. Like a museum, in a time machine you feel. Elevator was not working but they were working on it. We enjoyed the simplicity..Location is unbeatable. Parking is only for a couple cars but there are many paid parking around. I definitely will stay in the Gardner hotel when I'm back El Paso. "

"Good easy to get to location in small downtown El Paso. The hotel has ample parking and responsive customer service. We can walk in downtown during the day and night and it seemed like a safe place. The breakfast was American eggs and sausages. Would stay again."

"This facility is fairly new so everything was very clean and in good working order. We drove over to El Paso for the long July 4th weekend to get together with friends and family.
