"The only problem was that the breakfast started too late. We could not use the complimentary breakfast voucher because we had to leave at 7:30am, and the breakfast started at 8:00AM"

"They put us in the north tower which was disconnected from main area. The room to put it simply was broken. I would have been better off in a Motel 6. Not what you should expect from a Hilton or nearly $300 a night room. The shower had broken heat control. They tried to fix it and the guy lef mud tracks in our room. No one even explained how to get to pool or any other ammenities. Awful experience, really breaks my faith in Hotels.com hotel rating system. Should of asked for a full refund."

"The room was clean. The lady at the front desk was a little rude. We were a late check-in. She was upset because I was asking questions on the Expedia app, but her messages were not coming through. 12 hours after she sent her message regarding late check in, I received her message. She didn't seem to care when I told her I didn't receive any instructions."

"We highly recommend the Duval House!!!! Room was perfect!! Breakfast was excellent!! Staff bent over backwards to assure our visit was wonderful!! We were married in Key West 10 years ago and this trip was to celebrate our 10th anniversary. The Duval House was the perfect place to stay while we celebrated. We will stay there again!!"

"Very disappointed with the “Cozy Queen” room. It looked nothing like the photos online — extremely small, tiny window, and only one nightstand. For nearly $600, it felt very misleading and not worth the price. When we raised this at reception, one of the ladies was very rude and dismissive, saying we booked a room type rather than the exact room shown in the photos, which felt unhelpful and not understanding of our concern. The two ladies at reception overall came across as rude."
