Be aware that the Onkel Inn in La Paz is NOT next to the water, nor does it have floor to ceiling patio doors leading out to the water, a huge reception area or a spa tub. These photos (as I discovered when I arrived) are actually of their other hotel in Copacabana. The La Paz Onkel Inn was very much a hostel located in a shopping centre. I booked a private room but was given a dorm room so my friend had to clamber up some stairs to get to a bed where she...
