"I enjoy staying at this hotel in Sofia about once a year for 3–4 nights. There are many reasons for this; the main ones—though not necessarily in order of importance—are: The casino, which is an integral part of the hotel. The hotel's location, which puts good restaurants, shopping centers, parks, historical sites, and more within walking distance. I stay on a bed-and-breakfast basis and can attest that the breakfast is rich and varied. The hotel staff is service-oriented and helpful. The hotel also features a pool and a spa; while I haven't used them myself, I’ve heard positive feedback from those who have."

"Great stay. New hotel. Walkable to the center and much more affordable than staying in the center. Great value. Good breakfast included. Small gym, good for a decent work out. Staff is helpful. Rooms are very clean and good size. Walls are paper thin though you can hear neighbors even when they are not being loud. I would recommend and stay again."

"It was excellent until after I checked out and had to wait a couple hours until my taxi arrived to go to my next destination. The doorman who handled luggage was rude and had me sit in a “different” reception room which was extremely awkward and uncomfortable"

"A self serve hotel- they require you to check in online and they give you the passcodes via email. There is no staff at the front desk so it was hard to ask for requests. I requested for soap to be filled up and the whats app support said "please ask when there is someone at the reception" but in the 3 days i was there, there was no one in reception ever. They never responded back to my request. The bathroom also did not drain properly and often flooded, causing the whole bathroom to be wet. Besides the above, the room was comfortable and they provided adequate pillows and doonas. We got the suite so it was a massive space for 2 people. The location is very close to supermarkets and sites as well as different modes of public transport."
