"The sheets were clean but stained as were the towels. The hotel was were noisy. Our lock was broken so only had the swing arm latch for security. The toilet paper holder was missing a part so the toilet paper was just sitting on the back of the toilet. I prepaid for two nights non refundable. We left after the first night anyway!!"
"Very nice stop on the way. Excellent staff. Breakfast was fine with good coffee. Room was comfortable and I slept great. (They recommended the pizza place next door, and it was very good.)"
"This has become my go-to hotel for my weekly stays in Pierre. The rooms are clean enough and comfortable, and there is at least one staff member I am always glad to see. Unfortunately, however, during my most recent stay, May 18-19, I forgot a black, leather skinny belt in one of the bureau drawers of the room I was checked into. By the time I realized I had forgotten my belt, it was gone, with at least two hotel employees, one of them apparently being the manager, informing me that housekeeping staff members always thoroughly check rooms for items left behind by guests but had not found my belt, alluding that the guest or guests who had stayed in the room after I checked out might have stolen my belt. But, if the hotel's claim that housekeeping employees consistently search rooms for items left behind by guests, then it would undeniably stand to reason that a housekeeping employee stole my belt. So, I will no longer be recommending this property to anyone. Leave nothing behind, especially anything of great value, when checking out of this hotel."
