There is a hidden hotel amenity fee of $39.99 per night for a couple. I did double-check Expedia advertisement and the parking fee is mentioned but not the amenity fee. If you check other sites it is mentioned. Overall it is a unique place to stay and would do it over."

"The property had a great location with architecture and vibe reflecting Key West "Old Town" well. We very much liked the staff, especially Roman who was engaging and helpful. There were two negatives: a very small room given to us at a very high price and no parking is available to guests on the property. Expedia should be more clear about the lack of parking available for guests. We were lucky to have nearby street parking but we dared not move our car while staying in town!"
