Great stay in Dresden

Great apartment and the location is great too, tram stop is right in front of the door and quick ride to the city center. Apartment is renovated recently and in great condition, also very comfortable. The only problem is the check in procedure, kind of confusing and should be made easier! Check in happens through the bakery on the same corner who then calls the owner to let you in.

zweckmäßige Unterkunft, einiger Komfort zum Preis

Obwohl das Erreichen für ortsunkundige etwas abenteuerlich ist (Parken zunächst mangels anderer Gelegenheit direkt im Bereich einer lebhaften Kreuzung), haben wir das Gebäude gut erreicht. Leider wurden wir durch viele Aufkleberzettel auf dem Klingelschild zunächst sehr irritiert, dann erst in das benachbarte Cafe umgeleitet und konnten schließlich nach Klingeln bei der Rezeption diese auch erreichen. Das könnte einfacher und komfortabler gestaltet werden. Der Erdgeschoß-Hausflur läßt einen Moment Zweifel aufkommen, ob man sich nicht doch in das falsche Gebäude verirrrt hat, aber in den oberen Etagen haben wir dann doch etwas mehr Vertraue gefaßt. Der Rest war einfach, entgegenkommend und schnell erledigt. Die wohnung war zweckentsprechend ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermißt. Der Aufenthalt war angenehm, die in der Internet-Offerte unter "Komfort" angepriesene "tägliche Reinigung" fand allerdings nicht statt - an keinem Tag. Für drei Tage konnten wir damit leben, aber dann sollte man dies auch nicht anbieten. Geholfen hätte uns statt dessen, wenn wir ein paar Kehruntensilien vorgefunden hätten. Unbedingt herauszustellen ist nach unserer Meinung die geringe Entfernung zur Innenstadt und Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Mit einem Tagesticket ist man da absolut gut unterwegs.

Appartement Dresden

Ligt buiten het oude stadscentrum maar met de tram, die voor de deur stopt, ben je er in 15 minuten. Die tram is ook een minpuntje vanwege de geluidsoverlast. Ook de kleine douche ruimte is wat minder. Verder is het een ruim appartement in een karakteristiek gebouw. In de onmiddellijke omgeving is een supermarkt en zijn wat gelegenheden voor het ontbijt en een snelle hap. De auto konden wij tegen extra betaling om de hoek parkeren op een eigen terrein.

滞在は広々とした部屋で快適でした。 鍵が旧式で最初開けるのに苦労したのと、日本でいう２階だったので、すぐ前に通る路面電車の音がうるさかったです。

Apartments are right next to the street car station. You can hear and smell the smoke of anyone standing downstairs. Extremely loud, where beds actually shake. Best part is when police or ambulance drive by at 3 am and put their sirens on!

Very Spacious - close to everything

The apartment was very spacious and beautifully appointed. The kitchen was fully stocked so cooking meals was quite easy. The manager was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The only downside it was very noisy. The building sits on a corner of a very busy street with public transportation going by all hours of the night.

Liegt direkt am Vergnügungsviertel

Es handelt sich hier um kleine Wohnungen in einem Mietshaus. Von der Größe und Lage waren wir angenehm überrascht. Einchecken hat reibungslos funktioniert; man meldet sich unten im Cafe an und bekommt die Schlüssel. Den Parkplatz habe ich leider nicht gefunden, aber es gab genügend freie Parkplätze in der Umgebung und über 3€ Parkgebühr in 24h kann man auch nicht meckern. Die Lage ist top; zu Fuß erreicht man schnell wirklich tolle Bars uns Restaurants, die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor der Tür (man gewöhnt sich an das Geräusch :). Zum Frühstück suchten wir am ersten Tag das Cafe auf. Das ist sehr nett eingerichtet, entpuppte sich aber leider schnell zu einem Hipstercafe mit undefinierbaren hippen Gerichten. Nicht ganz unser Geschmack, also nahmen wir an Tag Nummer zwei lieber den Bäcker gegenüber in Angriff. Ein paar Häuser weiter gibt es zusätzlich einen Supermarkt. Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen, ich würde wieder hier buchen.

Nicht im Zentrum aber nahe dran....

An einer stark befahren Kreuzung jedoch gut gelegen ca. 7 Autominuten vom Zentrum. Der Empfang etwas kompliziert und schlecht erklärt. Die Leute sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung perfekt und modern! Restaurants und Cafe's in derselben Hauszeile.
