"Great hotel, restaurant and food great. Only issue if you get a room with hideaway bed and need to use the bed. Be prepared to be cold. We asked for additional blanket. Service desk said sorry they dont have an extra blanket."

"Super clean and comfortable. We stayed overnight after a major flight cancellation due to severe weather and were pleasantly surprised to find such a great place to rest and recharge. The staff was welcoming, and everything exceeded our expectations during a stressful travel situation. Highly recommended!"

"Dirty pool , could not swim for our 3 days stay . Ants in room on surfaces . Very loud AC , had to wear earplugs at night as it woke us up when it kicked in . Staff nice but no manager on site for 3 days to express our concerns too."

"Do not stay here. Housekeeping entered my room without authorization while I was actively checked in. My personal items (including my contact lenses and travel gear) were taken from the room, and the shower curtain was missing. The staff lied about entering the room until I pointed out the proof. The manager promised at checkout to reimburse me for the missing items but is now completely ghosting my messages. Insecure rooms and completely untrustworthy management."

"The room was absolutely disgusting. The smell was incredibly strong, like febreez over cigarettes - just leave the cigarette smell, it would’ve been better. There were two tiny towels for the shower, the bed sheets were stained and there were cigarette burns in the comforter. The bed was like a pull out bed, minus the couch. Got itchy just standing in the room, immediately went to check out and cancel the stay. 100% do not recommend."

"I enjoyed my stay but the building is definitely outdated and more areas need an upgrade. I would also suggest that the toilets be raised or updated to higher toilets as grown ppl are not children and need higher toilets to sit on for ore comfort. Also make sure the staff are not laying on the beds as one of the beds in the trim sleds of someone’s perfume/cologne and it was right after we got into the room after check in at 3pm"

"First of all the mattress has probably been in that hotel since 1976, I could feel the bed springs it was so broke down the pillows were only about 3 in thick at best and they're remodel job was a joke the tub was rusted out on the side crumbling walls I think they picked the very worst room they had to give to me and to make matters worse there was homeless people hanging out outside the place I called about the ones camped out right in front of my room and I was told that those were people who...
