"We loved this motel and will definitely return. Positives: very friendly and helpful staff; excellent (included) healthy breakfast; (included) daily housekeeping; excellent central location for hiking and for walking into town for restaurants and shops; plenty of outlets for charging devices; good lighting for reading in bed and overall; k-cup coffee machine in room; quiet. And all this for a very competitive price, a great value. "

"Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. There was plenty of parking. Rooms were recently remodeled. There wasn't a lot to choose from for breakfast but it was adequate. The landline in our room didn't work so if you wanted the front desk, you had to walk there. (We asked but no one came to fix it or change the burned-out light in the sauna.) When we asked for extra pillows, there were none available. The sink in the bathroom is too close to the storage shelf over it so if you bend down to wash your face, your head can touch the shelf."

"We really enjoyed the layout of the property and proximity to MASS MOCA. Hotel was a little loud due to the rooms being in a older houses with wood floors, so we were up a bit earlier than we hoped. Overall we had a nice one night stay. "

"Staff was very helpful. Rooms were great. Unbeatable location for Williamstown (especially if you’re in town for an athletic event at Williams). Really solid breakfast with friendly and attentive wait staff. Only minor complaint is that the WiFi is not great. Other than that it was a perfect stay."

"We had 11 hotels in New England in our itinerary and this was my favourite. The attention to detail was unmatched the little key fobs on the room keys the quill for signing the visitors book the whole place had so many quirky details. Beautiful room and gorgeous bathroom with stone wall I shower. Sadly we missed the restaurant which only opens Friday and Saturday but there are lots of eateries at the bottom of the hill."

"Renovated motel with lovely gardens and picnic area/fire pit. Family run. Small touches like chocolate by the bed and small wrapped pastry by the coffee maker. Very welcoming."
