"The room was great and spacious. Location is excellent as it is a less than 5 minutes walk to the Dubai Mall. Go to the Apple Store to get to the balancing to watch the Fountain show. Staff is great with great communication and service. Highly recommended."

"The location cant be beat, its super convenient with access to the Dubai mall through the lo by of the hotel. The nightly coat was a bit higher than expected, in the fine print theee was a high cleaning charge as this is a private residence. I checked the cost compared to the kempinski hotel which is in the same building and it is less. I did notice that the room was not cleaned as shoild be but it was decent. "

Da der Vermieter aber in der Lage war uns Informationen zu möglichen Lieferservices per E-Mail zu schicken, ist dies eine glatte Lüge. Wir wussten keine Apparmentnummer, so das der Concierge (der für das Zimmer gar nicht zuständig ist) uns nicht wirklich helfen konnte. Nachdem wir endlich wussten, wer unser Vermieter ist und der Concierge diesen...

"It’s an Air b&b style apartment. No housekeeping service after checked in, no toiletries refills. You have to clean your apartment yourself daily. It was not mentioned anywhere. Pool is very narrow. Only the location and view is amazing."
