Booking Canceled by Accomodation
Despite receiving booking confirmation, I was informed my booking is cancelled upon arrival to the property.
As a result, I had to arrange alternatibe accomodation in early hours of the morning.

A terrible experience by all means. I have stayed in dozens of hotels and apartments in my life, but this was the worst experience ever. The apartment was not properly clean, and there was a water leak in the bathroom. I contacted the reception and the booking manager, but nothing was done, and the water remained until I left. They also charged me more tax than they should have. On top of that, it was very easy to hear sounds from the next rooms. A bad experience overall, and I would not recommend anyone to stay in this place

I made reservation with Expedia and my total said how much they would charge me taxes, when came there they charged me extra taxes on top , when lost card for the door they charged $80 for card that cost $10, very poor service, just trying to get as much money from you as possible for nothing, highly recommend do not get this place
