Sensational place

The place is sensational! the attention to the very small detail is incredible. From the reception team , to the room , welcome treats , gym , spa , pool. You feel very spoiled when you stay there.

Great location

Great service - lovely spa facilities and caring staff. Reception - friendly and swift to help out. Beach is nice, but could use a more attentive staff to ensure cleaness - a lot of plastic floating to shore. Beach staff is great !! A seperation of the beach with a specific adult area could be a good value add. Overall great location - would recommend

Everything was very good, the hotel is very beautiful and the restaurant Tasca is excellent, with a beautiful infinity pool. The only negative point is that out room had a hammering and drilling noise during the day because of some construction, but as we were out during most part of the days, exploring the city, it didn’t impact us that much

I’ve been lucky enough to stay in tens of hotels over the 20 years I’ve been travelling, two/three times a year but I can honestly say this is without doubt the best. Just an unreal experience, spotless, the staff are on hand and foot to help with anything you need. The multiple pools are beautiful, the beach is lovely and as for the restaurants, well, faultless. This will now be my main hotel I shall be staying at.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, the Mandarin Oriental in Dubai is exceptional! From the impeccable service and fantastic location, to the cleanliness and the amazing staff who made our stay even more special. In particular Famela, the club lounge manager and her team. We really loved our conversations with Arman and couldn't forget to mention Eon, Lexie and Troy also. We really loved the uniquely designed pools and the beach is simply beautiful. We cannot wait to return in the future and thank the whole team for making our stay so special.

Our stay at Mandarin Oriental Dubai was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome, and everyone we met went out of their way to make our holiday special. The hotel itself is stunning — elegant, peaceful, and with breathtaking views that make you feel like you’re in your own little paradise. The poolside service was amazing — a big thank you to Yousuf, whose warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made every day by the pool a pleasure. He always seemed to know exactly what we needed and made us feel completely looked after. Ivy was just as fantastic, always smiling and making sure everything was perfect. Together, they turned a beautiful setting into an experience we’ll never forget. We’re also very grateful to Katie for all her help and the thoughtful gifts during our stay — such a lovely touch. And of course, a big thank you to the entire team at Mandarin Oriental Dubai. You all made this a holiday to remember, and we can’t wait to come back.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! Absolutely brilliant! Nice staff, nice location, nice room. Breakfast and evening cocktails were delicious. Everything was very very pleasing. Especially the staff was more than welcoming and no wish was too much.
