"The first two bedroom we were assigned had a bunch of issues. A stranger's mass of hair stuck on the washroom stall, a shower stall that flooded halfway thru a shower, airconditioning not working in the rooms. At every point, the staff tried to BS us saying things like "it takes time for air conditioning to work in Dubai" even though one area was clearly cooler and the other was very hot. We were downgraded to a one bedroom and I lay given a refund of 36CAD for our entire 8 day stay. The...

"De hotel zelf in de residence heeft hele slechte service geen vriendelijk persoonlijk. Echt vreselijke personeel alhoewel de personeel die over de kamers gaan en echt over de five appartementen zelf zijn super. Ze doen er alles aan om het je aangenaam te houden. Zeer goede afhandeling. Borg wordt netjes terug gegeven je krijgt voldoende tijd om uit te checken er wordt een dag van te voren gevraagd of je later uit wilt checken. Zijn flexibel omtrent de schoonmaak. "We had a pleasant stay in this apartment and a very good communication with Khalid. Flat is very spacious and and we felt like “being at home” ! The apartment is very well localised, only 3 minutes waking to the metro and into the heart of Marina. Definitely book your own stay for business trip or holidays, for sure you will enjoy it ! "
