Great location rooms small but good price somewhere sleep
Great location and a very pleasant stay. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, a great accommodation and I would happily stay here again.
Close to the Guinness distillery & a lot of other popular tourist attractions. It’s student accommodation so be prepared for things to be a little frugal.
The location was very convenient—close to downtown yet situated on a quiet street that made the stay feel calm and relaxed. I appreciated having food options nearby, along with several convenience shops that made it easy to grab anything I needed. The overall experience felt practical and accessible, with everything within reach, making it a comfortable place to stay.

Room was nice and secure but a little small for two people but adequate, location is slightly away from the main centre but we don't mind walking so suited us, amenities were good and the vending machines are cheaper then the local shops, overall good value for money.
Can’t complain about our stay at all! Don’t understand the bad reviews. You get what you pay for. Friendly staff, free activities in the communal areas.
From description and pictures it was hard to know if there was a private bathroom (there is which was great). No amenities, good there were towels.
It was good, had a good experience. My comments are regarding how clear was description. My visit was good and pleasant and I would definitely recommend it.

The place was great value for the area and the staff were great.
Worth noting the bed wasn't that comfortable and it was really hot in the room for summer.
Definitely more pros than cons at the price though
The room was smaller than I expected no air con open window was just effective, friendly staff downside only on street parking!

Location and quality for money ratio is good. The only thing is that the room's floor was really dirty and I had to tell them to come clean. It was taken care of but the rest of the hallway was also really dirty and just need a little vacuum cleaner. Besides that the staff is kind and the place has great common areas as it works also a student's dorm. I would recommend it for young solo travellers as the double bed is a bit small for couples

Room was clean but very basic. Beds are very small for 2 people. The neighbourhood around this place made me feel very nervous. The rooms were 20 degrees hotter than outside! And no A/c. Made it very uncomfortable. Good price but can see why spend a little extra and go somewhere nicer.
Ensuite rooms are great for solo, would be cramped for 2 people. Very private. There is a seperate room with a kitchen and fridge that's shared with the 5 other rooms in your block. The Liberties neighborhood is great to explore, much more interesting than some parts of the center. The park right next to it is a bit sketch but there is another entrance to walk through by the Digital Hub toward Guiness that is much nicer. There's also a Sunday morning market right there not to be missed. Minus points for the bed being pretty uncomfortable where you could feel the springs, also there's no chair in the room to go with the desk.

Room was conformed to description but was lacking attention.
The shower was not clean enough (some hair found) and we were missing shower gel and a pillow case.
Common are at our floor was ok but not extra clean neither.
Good option for small budget with central location.

This is basically student accommodation/hostel and is barely suitable for two adults. In fact, the towels provided were only for one person. The bed is a queen sized and the mattress was pointless.
No aircon and you can open the window but only very slightly. Location was good for Guinness tour and about 20 minute walk to city centre. Taxis are a must at night as the local users seem to like hanging around in the park opposite. Definitely wouldn’t recommend for solo travellers or women.
It was a little far out from the centre of Dublin that reflects in the price. It is brilliant for the Guinness Storehouse though. The "park" area immediately outside did have a few men sat around that made me feel as though I needed to be aware. The lack of toiletries was a surprise. It's a long time since I have been anywhere without any. So much so I didn't take any. I should have asked at reception. It did sometimes feel empty of guests but Sunday, Monday is perhaps expected. It felt better when I sat in the lounge area and enjoyed the free coffee and biscuits on my final morning. There was lots that was very positive. Modern building, decor and furnishings. Very clean and welcoming staff who were keen to help. Great seating/social areas with pool table and with complementary tea/ coffee and biscuits. The kitchen areas were brilliant with TV and seating areas. Very student halls feel.

This property was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and location was excellent for public transit, airport express and hop on hop off. There is a grocery store nearby and kitchens are well stocked with utensils, dishes etc. Would be great for a family stay with teenagers and place has great security measures in place.
