The hotel is well located within walking distance of Dublin city centre. The staff were very helpful, even though we arrived early we checked in and were allocated a room. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times and the food was really good. Overall an enjoyable stay.

The hotel's rooms are realy comfortable, quiet with air conditioner and wifi. The staffs at reception are so nice, friendly, helpful, especially Kiva. The breakfast is very good and complete. I recommand this hotel to every family visiting Dublin.

Good location, away from the main attractions but close enough that you could walk or take transit to them. We chose it because Europcar was just down the street and the Dublin Express bus to the airport was just a couple of blocks away. Our room had a nice view of the River Liffey and the replica of the Jeanie Johnston. The hotel was nice and the room clean and comfortable but the products in the shower were empty when we arrived and the room had a loud banging sound that went on for 15 or 20 minutes after flushing the toilet which was annoying in the middle of the night. We didn't get to a concert but the 3Arena is just a 15 min walk down the road.

Front desk and housekeeping service was excellent. Restaurant service was very spotty. A few excellent servers, but some seemed asleep at the wheel: slow to bring check, clearing away brunch prematurely, clearing table when getting more food from brunch line, etc. Food was marginal at best.

Needed more cleaning. Dusty bathroom walls and gross carpet. It got noisy on main road if you slept with the window open due to sirens. The A/C was great though. Also location along the Liffey made it easy to find if you are someone who gets drunk/lost. Easy 25/30 min walk to Temple Bar area.
