Really disappointed; find another place
I won't go back; VERY disappointed w service and apartment unit. I had to call them to locate the key pickup - twice; gentleman on phone was rude and not able to clearly articulate directions in English. Have your mobile internet ready as their "map" is useless and without an actual address. "Look for the cafe place" is not a helpful direction in a cafe-centered city. The apartment itself was disappointing: dirty towels left on rack, kitchen garbage still had pizza and bottles in it from previous tenant, linens thrown into closet area, kitchen chairs were cheap and wobbly, drywall hole (half foot by half foot) in the hallway area. I was called a no show even tho I called a month in advance to confirm I would be arriving early in the morning hence why I purchased the night before. The gentleman on the phone (same guy) said "No problem, this is fine." Only to find that upon arrival I was told I couldn't get in before 4pm. Frustrating. Thankfully the woman at the counter had sense enough to let me retrieve the key for what I already paid for. I will be telling the conf staff to not use this company - that parades itself by many names.
