I booked this because it said it was walkable from the airport. My bus dropped me off and there were barriers blocking off the side of the road with the walkway to the hotel. I had to walk quite far in the opposite direction to get across the road and start my ‘short walk’. When carrying luggage this was not good. When I reached the hotel the layout is confusing, a staff member saw me outside flustered walking the wrong direction (away from the reception) and did not tell me where to go. I would not stay here again, I found the hotel very unfriendly which as a solo female was not a nice experience. I was meant to do contactless checkin, the machine stated I had no reservation despite me getting the email with my room number. None of the staff came over to help me. Later on I came down to ask the front desk a question, the people infront were being helped and I was next in line. Another staff member came out but instead of helping me he walked around the reception area asking other people (who were just standing not inline) if they needed any help. The room was very loud with a banging sound I don’t know if it was from the heat / air con system. I left the hotel 5 hours before my flight as I felt so uncomfortable.
