The front desk ladies were very friendly and accommodating, the facilities were beautiful, the location was great, and we had access to a kitchen (though no silverware/ dishes) and W/D for a fee. Great stay!

My room was completely private and I also had access to a full kitchen. The building is close to major bus routes and a short walk to one of Dublin’s main tourist areas. I would stay here again

Great!

Good experience for the price which was super reasonable. Staff at the location were so helpful. Very secure and in a good location also. Plenty of amenities if needed - gym/laundry room/work space etc.

Ich durfte gar nicht erst in das gebuchte Hotel einchecken. Bei Expedia wurde mir dieses Hotel nach einer Suchanfrage für mich und meine 17 jährige Tochter angezeigt. Jedoch lässt dieses Hotel keine Minderjährigen zu, wie sich rausstellte, was ich zum Glück noch rechtzeitig gesehen habe. In der Beschreibung steht, dass Kinder unter 17 Jahren nicht gestattet sind, weshalb ich davon ausging, dass dieses Hotel für mich und meine Tochter geeignet ist. Expedia und das Hotel habe ich kontaktiert, um das Hotel stornieren zu können. Jedoch war angeblich niemand von beiden in der Lage mir das zu ermöglichen (Stornierung ausgeschlossen), obwohl der Fehler eindeutig in der Hotelbeschreibung liegt, die bis heute nicht geändert wurde, obwohl ich darauf hingewiesen habe. Keine der beiden Parteien war gewillt mir zu helfen und ich musste auf eigene Kosten zusätzlich ein Hotel buchen. Dass von Expedia und dem Hotel nichtmal die Kommunikation untereinander in Erwägung gezogen wurde, um mir entgegenzukommen, zeigt wie wichtig der Kunde am Ende ist, ich wurde nur abgewimmelt von beiden Seiten. Mir wurde auch geraten selber zu stornieren. Wozu? Damit das Hotel an dem Zimmer dann doppelt verdient auf meine Kosten? Das Krönung war, dass ich eine Email erhielt, ob ich mit meinem Check In zufrieden war und im Nachhinein, wie mir der Aufenthalt gefallen hat. Das Hotel hat es also gar nicht erst interessiert, ob ich angereist bin, es hätte etwas passiert sein können und es wäre nicht aufgefallen.
