The staff are wonderful, kind, and helpful. The street side is noisy with the bar across the street until the early morning. We had an early checkout, so we missed the breakfast.

Wonderful place to stay in central Dublin. Easy walk to all the popular spots around the city. Fleet Street can be a bit loud but that’s to be expected. Room was clean and updated. Staff were great. However I don’t believe there is air conditioning. We had a Dyson fan but the room was still stuffy and warm. Not sure what happens in the summer months regarding their cooling systems but for May in Dublin I would have preferred some AC.
