Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Nous avions tout le nécessaire dans notre petit studio. Le quartier est tranquille, l’épicerie est à 5 minutes à pied et les transports en commun sont facilement accessibles. Nous recommanderons cet endroit à nos amis.

Tenia grandes dudas sobre todo por su situación y la verdad que acerté de pleno. Creo que en el centro me hubiera agobiado. El apartamento está en una zona privilegiada y súper tranquila y con fácil acceso a todo. He estado encantada. El apartamento es sencillo y limpio y con unas vistas preciosas. Tiene un paseo debajo precioso y acceso a dos platas. No nos recibió nadie . Es lo único que eché de menos pero me informe de todo por comentarios en internet

Good value for money

Nicely located in a residential neighbourhood, the studio apartment had a good balance of easy access to beaches and restaurants while tucked away a bit from the busy spots of Babin Kuk. Check-in was easy over WhatsApp and our stay was without complaints!

En bra lägenhet med helt okej kök. Rent och fräsch. Stor kyl. Hade allt man behövde för att överleva. Stor säng, lite hård och platta kuddar. Litet badrum. Nära till mataffären som hade allt man behövde. En kort promenad till busshållplatsen som körde mot gamla staden. Bussen gick var 10e minut och tog ungefär 15-20 min till Pile Gate. Gångavstånd till dom 2 stora stränderna (copabana beach och sunset beach). Lite jobbiga trappor på vägen hem från copabana beach (95 trappsteg) men det gjorde inte så mycket. Många mysiga restauranger/barer vid sunset beach men inte så mycket shopping. Vi åkte taxi till flera stränder runt omkring (tips!). Bra utbud på utflykter på olika öar runt omkring. Allt som allt var det en bra lägenhet och nära till det mesta! Åker gärna tillbaka!

The accommodation was basic but clean and was close to bus stops and local beaches. The Old Town was about 1 hour away on foot but a regular bus service was available a short walking distance away. The people who owned the apartment were very attentive and competent. Dubrovnik is a beautiful city but be careful as prices for food and drink are extremely expensive in the Old Town which is very crowded , mainly because of the many cruise ships packed with wealthy Chinese and European visitors.

They should be ashamed.

They were more concerned about sending me their two pages of gestapo type do’s and don’ts than the information on how to self check in. Terrible experience. Uncomfortable, dirty and inconvenient location.

Foi uma estadia muito positiva, chegamos a noite e o proprietário respondia sempre pelo whats, o lugar é otimo, muito familiar, o quarto é grande e espaçoso... faltam alguns utensilios de cozinha, fiquei por dois dias e nao houve limpeza mas tive que pagar por ela acredito que para o proximo ocupante, o que deveria estar incluso no preço... ah, tem muito pernilongo e nao tem veneno

Très bel appartement avec vue sur mer

Beau studio à 10 mns à pieds d'une petite plage et du bord de mer et 10 minutes en bus de la vieille ville. Le personnel qui s'est occupé de notre séjour à été adorable et ils ont su répondre à toutes nos questions et nous donner des informations sur la ville. Intérieur propre et fonctionnel et terrasse très agréable surtout pour la vue!

Relatively close to "beach"..96 steps down/up and a bit of walking. Rent chairs and parasol. Most, if not all beaches in Croatia are gravel. Water gorgeous, easily accessible and wonderfully swimmable! Apartment has large room w/closet, a desk w/TV w(did not work) side-by=side twin beds which were comfortable w/clean linens. 2 Side stand w/non=workable lamp. Kitchen was ok space, very minimal as well. Kitchen table, 3 chairs, coffeepot, water boiler which we used for coffee and tea. Small frig, sink and cabinets w.some cups etc. as well as a knife/fork drawer. Bathroom, tiny. Small shower (w/water heater) and sink. NO PLACE ANYWHERE TO PUT ANYTHING! DO request breakfast. It'll be on your outdoor mini table (2 chairs) easily in the morning. That was pleasant and relatively OK. It was quite a bit and we had quite an overage at the end of our 4 night stay. Kusalo Apts. are NOT well located if you don't have your own car. We found bus up the hill, around the corner and had to find out everything ourselves. Signing in was not pleasant and we needed to pay for a ride to the apartments. There was NO information given about anything! All of our "neighbors (there are 4 apartments) are from the UK or somewhere in Europe so they all bring their own "stuff" in their cars! I would NOT recommend this stay.

Great location and Breakfast!

The most difficult part of this holiday was to find the Dominium Office to pick up the keys. Transfer from Dubrovnik to the bus station was simple with a dedicated bus service but we resorted to a taxi for the next part of the journey. However once there the staff were great giving us a bottle of wine and a ride to the apartment where all was explained. Kusalo Apartments consists of a block of 5 Apartments which are spacious, clean and contain all that is necessary for a self catering holiday.The apartments on the 1st floor have views over the water rather than the basement apartment which has a small courtyard with no views at all. The location is great, -just 100 concrete steps from the coastal Babin Kuk peninsula trail which leads to several local beaches, -all stony so beach shoes for swimming is a must. The concrete steps might be challenging on the way home. Linen and towels were changed after 3 days and Tanya, who lives in the top Apartment was absolutely wonderful solving any of our minor problems over the week. Thank you Tanya. Walking the walls of the Old Town was a unique experience and a must do, as is a boat trip to see some of the small islands.

Nice location

My apartment was in a nice location in Baban Kuk area. It looked out of Gruz harbour where you could view the coming and going of the daily Cruise Ships. 5 mins walk took me down to the waterside where I could turn left to go into town or left to take a pleasant walk around the peninsula. I loved the apartment, not 5 star but very adequate. Needless to say I really enjoyed my visit to Dubrovnik. One word of warning, the area is of hill terrain so be prepared to climb lots of steps.

Large apart near market

Old place with washing machine. Every morning they deliver a breakfast that will nourish you also for lunch. Very appreciate With bus no 6 you will get to the Old city for 14kn. Kitchen with hot water and big fridge. Clean bathroom. Parking on the premises.

Nice appartment close to the beach

We had to travel to the organisations office (close to centre of Dubrovnic) to pick up the keys. We left our Luggage there, because the appartment cannot be entered until 12.00 and a driver brought us to the appartment for free at any time we want. It would be good to know this when you're booking it, but it is not inconveniënt because it was organised very well.

Nice little apartment in quiet part of town. Information and service from owners was excellent. Only downside is that nearest bars and restaurants all involve a minimum 15 minute hilly walk.

Nice hotel near bus station in a calm neighborhood

Near the bus station and near a beach. 10min walk to a nice street full of restaurant, out of center of Dubronik. Really nice welcoming !

Excellent hostess!

Maja was amazing from the beginning. We arrived early and she checked us in, although she wasn’t finished cleaning she set a time of when she’ll finish and we came back at that time with the key and everything was very clean and beautiful. Excellent views and beautiful apartment. Appliances like coffee maker weren’t very clean but that’s very minute compared to how excellent everything else was. We definitely recommend and will seek this apartment again on our next visit.

Overall good!

Clean, large room with kitchen and parking. Take-out breakfast is OK. Far from bus stop which is inconvenient without car. Seasore in the vicinity. Overall good to stay with car.
