"We had a great stay. Family of 4 staying mid to end of September. The hotel was kept clean all of the time, room was lovely and also cleaned each day.
Facilities at the time we went were good. Water slides and pool options for the kids were great and clean. Sunbeds readily available, as with most hotels it’s first come first served for the spot you get.
The food and drink choices I would describe as Ok all inclusive food and drink, nothing spectacular, nothing massively tasty but all acceptable and topped up regularly. The pool snack bar is open all day so snacks between meal times were always available. Good choice on the Cocktail menu but they all tasted average.
Animation and entertainment was Ok, I’ve been to hotels that have done a lot better with this… But it was there and the kids enjoyed it.
The beach, shops and market stalls and beach are all within a 5-10min walk.
If the price is right we will definitely be returning next year, that probably the best compliment I can give it."
"The hotel is modern, stylish, and offers everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The dining experience is excellent, with a wide variety of options to satisfy all tastes, and food and drinks are available throughout the day at multiple locations. Cleanliness is outstanding—staff are constantly maintaining public areas, which always look immaculate. The staff are also very helpful and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. We visited in September when the atmosphere was calm and uncrowded, making it easy to find poolside chairs and umbrellas. Evenings include an entertainment program, with schedules available at reception. Rooms are spacious, quiet, and comfortable, featuring balconies with chairs and a table—perfect for morning coffee with a sea view. The beach is just across the pedestrian walkway; while the hotel does not provide umbrellas or loungers, rentals are available nearby. The area is walkable and safe, ideal for evening strolls to the shopping district, though souvenir quality is limited. A small train runs between hotels, adding a charming touch. We stayed all-inclusive and enjoyed every meal. There are a lot of restaurants for dining outside the hotel. Overall, this hotel combines comfort, excellent service, and convenience. We would highly recommend it for travelers seeking a relaxing, well-maintained, and enjoyable stay."
"The hotel is very old, and the furniture was broken. The air conditioner was also not working. The food and drinks were not good at all. It makes no sense that this hotel has such high ratings online.
We had to check out the next morning because they couldn't repair the air conditioner and didn’t offer to change our room. We couldn’t imagine spending a second night there with our baby. He spent the entire night crying because it was too hot, and opening the windows wasn’t an option since it was very noisy outside.
Basically It's a tourism Trap. "
"The owner was very arrogant, there was a spider’s nest in the room, we left there covered in bites, internet didn’t work for a second in nine days, the location is on the top of a hill, unpaved full of potholes and very dusty, very far from the beach…
I don’t recommend it in any circumstances!!!"
"Great place on the Bulgarian seaside.
We visit every time, when we decide to have a holiday in Bulgaria.
From the beginning. Experience on the reception was excellent as always, very welcoming and professional. Makes you feel that extra special.
The rooms were lovely. They ofer us an apartment, as a family of three, really very kind of them. And a double room for our friends. Both of them excellent, and with a nice sea views. Good spacious rooms, cleaned regularly through our stay.
The restaurant and the food at Helena sands, are just fantastic. Very high level, with a good choice of salads, fish and meat.
Have their own beach. You have to go a bit early, as it gets filed very quickly. But once there, lovely clean sand and shallow water.
Perfect family holiday .
Thank you very much for our stay, and expect us next summer again 😀
