"Unfortunately the restaurant was closed and the pool was emptied for its annual closure so couldn ’t use the main 2 amenities. Had no prior communication for these either so was quite disappointing. Were told we had to walk to a partnering hotel to use the amenities which was not the experience we thought we’d be getting. Staff were lovely however, no complaints about them, just lack of communication from higher ups about the closures. Had a lovely view from our ocean view room. Would stay there...
"If you are looking for a great location in the best area, at competitive prices, this is it. The hotel itself is a little tired and worn but the fantastic size of the suites and warmth of staff make up for it. The housekeeping team where amazing 🙏"
