"Stayed two night. The hotel was unable to ever get me a hotel key. I told the lady at the desk I needed to go get something to eat around 10:15 pm. Got back to the hotel around 11. The front desk was closed and I was locked out of the hotel. The lady didn't tell me the dask closed at 10:30 or 11. Luckily someone was going out to there car so I was able to get in called a number that was at the front desk. Few minutes later a worker came and let me in my room. The hotel has no blackout. curtains, good luck sleeping in. If you stay on business and need to iron something there's no iron or ironing board in the room. Hopefully the have one at the desk that they can bring you. The hotels clean but only two month old."

"Nice place, nice staff, however, the “Breakfast” was hard boiled eggs, instant oatmeal, or granola bars and mini-muffins"

"The hotel had some issues in the halls and in the bathroom. We paid way too much for the way it looked and smells."

"The ac worked. The bathroom/shower didn’t seem to be cleaned prior to my arrival. Breakfast was available. It wasn’t the best but wasn’t the worse. The price was worth the stay. "

"Not the 8+ rating that was advertised and not worth the $140 I paid! It was dirty, cakes over carpeting, disgusting looking couch, wood broken or chewed off by some kind of animal under the fridge. Emergency alarm went off twice! Once at 3:15 in the morning and once at 6:30 in the morning. I called and staff told me it happens when someone takes an extra hot shower somewhere in the hotel! Scared the mess out of my family and I! What kind of place was this?!?!?"

"We’ve stayed here last year for an event and returned again this year. Hotel was very clean and staff is friendly. There’s plenty of coffee spots steps away from the hotel."

"Staff was great; unfortunately, they are under staffed. There just wasn't enough help on the property, and it appeared only a few staff was available to operate the business. The third floor, as soon as you walk off the elevator, it smells like urine. There were quite a few pet owners this particular day…if I was the owner …I wouldn’t allow pets in the building. The third floor needs to renovated, and then no more pets allowed from there."
