"Downfall was pool was not open. Was very disappointed because I planned for pool time."

"The room was larger than expected and very nicely arranged. There was a small kitchenette that was very nice. Real coffee cups and glasses were there along with a small sink and coffee maker. It had a nice sofa, work desk, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great stay!"

"Awful night. Fire alarm went on twice in the middle of the night. Last room on the first floor closed to additional exit, so you can hear the door closing all night and too much street noise. You can’t sleep at all. "

"Breakfast is a definite "grab and go style". There are no warm foods example" eggs, sausage, waffles etc. Rooms were very clean, staff attentive and friendly. Did not use the laundry facilities or training room."

"The room we stayed in had a broken toilet that wouldn’t flush and lights that didn’t work. Next time, please have the room maintenanced before allowing guests in to ensure everything is operational, especially a toilet. Other than the initial man who checked us in —who wasn’t pleasant and who talked too low for us older folks to hear him—the rest of the desk workers (2 women) were wonderful, 1 yesterday and 1 today. The breakfast was very good but I’m unsure if we would stay here again."

"No microwave in the room. Toilet seat was broken. No instruction for the TV how to operate the remote to get the channels. Long wait for the elevator and only one elevator in use."
