"The room was clean, staff helpful and the food was good. There was plug-ins all down the basement hall that was way too strong. I realized why they were there when I entered the room. There was such a strong odor of something I couldn’t figure out. I’m not sure if it was a mildew moldy smell or just plain stink. It was so strong. "I saw a sign when I checked in on the counter. It said 8/10. I think this is about right. It is summer time, so you are going to get bugs in the room. Also, the toilet sang all night. That is, it was noisy. Other than that, it was a pretty good stay."

She was extremely rude and did not explain or help redirect us to another property nearby. Luckily, the Expedia help line was able to find another room for us."
