The staff are exceptional, especially Trinh who was our guest service agent that helped with all our needs! The hotels location perfect and is in a great area for walking and exploring. There are good food and drink options on site. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The pool was perfect with a beautiful view of the ocean. I would recommend to anyone to stay here and should I return to Phu Quoc, I will stay here again! "
