"The hotel is close to the night market, making it quick and easy to find a variety of places to eat nearby. It is also spacious, and the rooms are clean. The hotel provides plenty of amenities, including a safe and a mini fridge. They also offer a shuttle service for airport scheduled pick-up and drop-off times, One thing to note is that there are steps at the front entrance that guests must climb. This could be an issue for elderly guests or those with disabilities. The breakfast buffet is just okay, but you can always go out and explore the local food options. The pool is clean and beautiful, with a stunning view of the ocean while you swim. There are also chairs where you can relax, enjoy the sound of the waves, and unwind. The staff also made our trip memorable by making a beautiful swan anniversary gift. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phu Quoc."

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Location great for local cuisine. Language was a bit of a barrier being from Australia. Resort itself feels a little dated, not really like the photos online but was okay and serviceable. Pool was always clean but just not cold, same as the ocean…. Would I stay again ? Probably not, I believe it would be worth paying a bit more for a bit better."
