"I booked this for my parents . The staff were lovely and kind. Assisted them with printing their boarding passes . The hotel has lots of tuktuk drivers nearby and close to golden temple. "

We came back after four hours and our room was still not cleaned. The Internet for the TV did not work for the whole stay. Nobody came to check it despite multiple calls."

Very clean room with the hotel having friendly staff and an upbeat modern feel that you would find in a European hotel. Lovely hotel. The hotel has been well furbished and all fittings work well (other indian hotel ive been to usually had something faulty or not well installed) and were well kept, such as taps being polished well. "I was not expecting how convenient, yet how quiet this hotel was. It’s a short walk to Jantar Mantar, the Metro, and great Indian shopping, yet set in a very quiet green neighborhood. Comfortable bed, hot shower, tasty breakfast."

"Our stay at Heaven View was comfortable. We were checked in early and the staff was very helpful with with all our questions. They assisted us with getting rickshaws, tickets , storing our luggage and made our stay very comfortable and our trip to Amritsar memorable. The hotel is a short walk to the golden temple.
