"Spacious room, beautiful Sea view, lovely balcony and roof deck, delicious generous breakfast, wonderful covered, free parking. Unfortunately the large glass window in the shower was badly broken when we arrived as well as a broken shelf. They were not repaired and management rented the room anyway."

"Staff were great, room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great. The lighting in the bedroom is not good. The reading lights shine on the nightstands, not the bed, and cannot be moved. The lighting in the bathroom was worse. Water from the shower leaked under the glass wall, although there wasn’t an obvious place where it came from. Views from balconies were unpleasant. Great location very close to the beach and restaurants though. Worth the money."

"Great stay here. Room was clean. Excellent service. Upgraded us to a suite with a sea view because air conditioner in our original room was not ideal. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Few streets over from beach. Safe easy walk. Thank you Esmarelda…😊"

"Great views and staff was lovely. Only thing I would say is to have better bread selection and to fix the coffee issue where it spilling coffee side ways instead of down pour to cup. Creating lot of mess."

"Really clean well maintained property, and lovely friendly staff. Some improvements are to the breakfast which was limited in choice and poor in quality, The area around it is pretty rundown with lots of building work going on and older residential properties. The beach is not private and not well maintained"

"We would absolutely recommend this hotel! It was clean, beautifully decorated, close to the centre of town and only a 20 min walk to the promenade. As it’s in a local area, it can be quite loud and bustling outside, but it never bothered us because with the balcony door closed, you couldn’t hear a thing. We stayed in a Deluxe room and the jacuzzi bath was such a unique and fun touch. The air con in the room was fab and the shower was powerful and hot. My only suggestion is that the hotel could provide extra blankets or a duvet for the bed, as sometimes the sheet didn’t feel cosy enough! All in all we had a lovely stay and would definitely choose Ermes Luxury Hotel again."
