"Absolutely stunning resort. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was lovely and the kids had a great time in the heated pool in our backyard. The activities at the entertainment center were fun. A few things which can really enhance the customer experience. Firstly, the pools in the communal areas need to be heated as they are ice cold and unusable - it was a shame that no one was in them even though the resort was busy on the long weekend. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. The breakfast was fantastic — a great way to start the day. What really stood out was the amazing staff; they were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. I arrived late at night after a long flight, and they kindly offered me a complimentary late check-out, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!"

"Breakfast was great. A lot of options to choose from. Hotel was very clean, amazing finishing with marbles shows great aesthetics. Its location is also in close proximity to a lot of business hubs. Will definitely try to stay here again. Only downside was they charged me half day’s price for early check in at 9am - but receptionist was courteous to include complimentary breakfast for that half day."
