Nicht weit zur Altstadt

Das Hotel ist absolut OK! Zufuss ist man in Max. 15 Min. Inder Altstadt! Der Staff ich st sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich! Würde dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen!

die Kleiderbügel waren voll mt Staub, das Badezimmer war wie ein Hindernislauf, da man kein Platz zu bewegen hatte.

Überhitztes Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage, Fenster zur Straße mit viel Verkehr um die Ecke, neuer Fernseher - aber viele Kanäle funktionierten nicht

It was fine

Room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed. Wifi was a problem as I simply couldn't connect to it and neither could they help me with this but they allowed me to use their computer for whatever I needed. Reception is only open at certain times so it's wise to know what they are.

Nice staff and cheap price for good accommodations

We got there a little late and they still let us have a room even if the reception was closed. Staff is very nice and the place is small but very clean. Would definitely recommend for cheap place with quality accommodations.

Cher au vu des prestations

Personnel pas très chaleureux. La moquette de la chambre ne voit pas passer l'aspirateur très souvent. Pas d’ascenseur. Salle de bain ridiculement petite (difficile d'utiliser les toilettes sans se cogner partout...). Le bruit de la rue est audible que les fenêtres soient ouvertes ou fermées... En clair les chambres sont très chères au vu des prestations proposées. A environ 10 minutes à pied de la gare, mais relativement loin des quartiers sympas.

Während der EuroShop 2014 wurde das Zimmer für 240 Euro verkauft (Wert 40 Euro). Zimmer und Bad sehr eng. Kein Frühstück. Kein Aufzug. Allgemein unzufriedener Gast.

Eine unglaubliche Erfahrung

- Achtung: Jeder Gast muss in Vorkasse treten! Man erhält erst dann den Zimmerschlüssel, nachdem man bezahlt hat. - Spinnweben an der Zimmerlampe - jede Menge Krümel vom vorherigen Gast auf dem Zimmerboden, Teppich wurde offensichtlich nicht gesaugt - Etagendusche auf einer anderen Etage ohne Heizung, kein Duschgel oder Shampoo vorhanden - externe Toilette so eng, dass man sich kaum bewegen kann - man kann jedes Wort verstehen, welches der Gast im Nebenzimmer spricht - wenn der Gast im Nebenzimmer im Zimmer hin und her läuft, vibriert das eigene Bett!

Chambre trop petite sans salle de bain

Les chambres sont toutes petites, sans wc ni salle de bain dans la chambre alors que le prix par nuit est de 129 €, c'est beaucoup trop cher par rapport à la qualité. Nous avons proscrit cet hotel et n'y retournerons plus.

Хорошее обслуживание. Отзыывчивый персонал. Очень маленький санузел. Мне с ростом 192 см пользоваться им было очень не удобно.

Hôtel convenable, proche de mon séminaire : 2 j.

Pour ce dont j'en avais besoin, c'était parfait : rapport qualité / prix. C'est simple mais correct. J'ai trouvé bizarre que l'hôtel me demande de payer dès mon arrivée et en cash. La douche (commune) ne peut être abaissée, et ils ne possèdent pas de bonnet de douche ; j'ai du me laver au lavabo pour ne pas mouiller mes cheveux. Le dernier jour, j'ai laissé mon bagage dans l'hôtel, venant le chercher début d'après-midi. J'ai reçu la réponse : "ce n'est pas mon problème", lorsque j'ai demandé qu'on me le descende de ma chambre, car il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Les gens sont aimables mais pas trop, parlent anglais, pas français et ne sont pas fort souriants. Pour quelqu'un qui ne reste pas dans sa chambre et veut payer un petit prix, c'est bien. .

Sympathetic but not fancy

The hotel is centrally located and easy to reach by public transport (e.g. from Düsseldorf main railway station with the tram 707) or by walking. We had a room with a shared bathroom. There was, however, a sink in our room. The only problem with the otherwise clean and nice toilette was that there was no lock on the door. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was nice and friendly, we could leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out and have a nice walk in the city. A good hotel for a shorter stay, I think.

good budget option

Had room 25. Positives: great value for money, friendly staff, clean room, TV in room, free wi-fi with good signal strength and password protected, good location (within walking distance of Altstadt and train station), no noise from the street outside. Negatives: small room, poor soundproofing (some noise from room next door and corridor), had to go up or down a floor to find a shower. Overall, very happy with my stay and would stay there again.

Отель расположен хорошо, до начала Кенингсале 4-5 минут. Очень близко. Рядом есть несколько кафешек. Сам отель простенький. Простые двери, замки, сейфы. Плохая шумоизоляция, очень маленький санузел, но правда с душевой кабинкой. Нет лифта. На рецепшн парень и девушка говорят по русски, но не высказывают особенного радушия и желания помочь. Номер с санузлом. Сам очень маленький, только протиснуться между кроватью и стеной. Завтрак скудный, правда и недорогой. 6 евро с человека. В принципе номер чистый, но когда заглянул перед выездом за кровать, не упало ли чего, обнаружил внушительную полоску пыли на ковре. Больше там не остановлюсь.

I thought the Diana was very good value for money. I needed somewhere affordable but clean and this was a great option as generally the hotel prices in Dusseldorf were very expensive during the DRUPA tradeshow. Walking distance to Altstadt, friendly local bar across the street. Convenient for taxi to the airport!

hotel diana dusseldorf v convenient location for hauptbahnhof and city centre.roomwas perfectly adequate although the bathroom was cramped. Staff v.friendly and helpful and the breakfastgave a good start to the day .Food,drink and atmosphere in Rosies bar also on Jahnstrasse excellent.Konigsallee was different but the Altstadt was Tops
