"Everything was really good. Specially kitchen food that you can include in your booking / It was awesome. But only thing I want to recommend that rooms should update. Charming plugs should be for both national and international use. In my room charging points are not working and we were unable to use international charging points.... Overall experience was good. "After delays at the Delhi airport. They had kindly cancelled the reservation leaving us to spend the night 12 hoùrs outside Delhi airport until we were allowed to enter for our connecting flight. They said they couldn't contact us. Normal I would think for a hotel near the airport. Payment had been taken. Ñowhere did I see check in time limits stated. We will now see about a refund."
