"I originally booked a king bed suite. I do my own cleaning every time I go to a hotel and was impressed how clean the room was. However, I noticed I could hear the toilet water running, so I went to flushed the toilet and the handle would not flush. I called the front desk and was upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite.. "The hotel was undergoing maintenance and upgrades. No pool, water off for several hours one day, workers left wet floors in elevators that had plywood walls, breakfast buffet was terrible and cold. The desk clerk asked how our stay was and I told her. She did remove the pet fee but it wasn’t a pleasant stay."
