"Almost everything was great. There were only a couple of things that we didn’t like. First, we paid for 2 queen beds, but the beds were double. Second, the dishwasher was full and thirdly, the hotel supplied lotion had been used. Not new."

"It was a good value for the stay. The staff was friendly. The breakfast bar was a pleasant surprise. The location was great with lots of businesses close by and not far from East Lansing. I would book it again. "

"I was supposed to check in on Wednesday night, but my plans changed, and I couldn’t arrive until Thursday. I called the phone number on Thursday morning, and was obviously routed to a call center. I was told everything would be fine. When I arrived to check in, I was told my reservation had been canceled because I was a no show. It was graduation weekend, so “luckily” I was able to rebook - but at a higher cost. This is not my main concern. This place does not feel safe, especially as a female traveling alone. There is no staff around at night, and every time I came in, the doors were propped open, with random people hanging out in the entryway. The place is clean, I guess, but the walls are SUPER thin. I could hear people arguing, dogs whining, tv’s, etc at all hours. I even put MY headphones in at one point, so I wouldn’t bother my neighbors with my tv. I get it’s an “extended stay” place, but all I was provided with was toilet paper. No tissue, shampoo…anything. Oh, I forget, they did leave 2 plastic cups for drinking water. I rarely leave reviews, but I would not advise anyone to stay here, especially considering the cost."

"Rooms were clean but they nickel and dime you for everything. No amenities offered other than in-room coffeemaker."

"Run down, noisy, no locks on the outside hallway doors - anyone could come in. Room smelled musty. Would not stay there again."
