"There is not a hot tub as advertised"

"It was good. Staff was friendly. Fridge was t working and when I went down for breakfast they had no serving spoons to scoop out the eggs and potatoes. It was only 7:45am"

"The three beds were comfortable and spacious. However, only the side with one bed had a TV, so my kids, who were on the side with two beds, had no TV. There was also a broken charger stuck in a power outlet, which felt unsafe, and the bathroom didn’t feel very clean. Overall, decent stay, but these issues need attention."

"I had to wait for about 5-10 minute before someone showed up at the desk for me to check in. Once I got into my room, and put my bags down, I had to use the restroom and was shocked when the door hit the lid for the toilet when I opened the door. The last thing for me was the hot tub, so much chlorine I could only sit in it for 5 minute because my eyes were burning. On the positive the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was really conveniently situated to the freeway. "
