When we approached reception to check in member of staff busy on computer, so we had to wait until she had finished rather than greeting us and checking us in then returning to computer! The hotel was okay but maintenance needs to be improved ...

Overall hotel was very clean, staff are amazing make you feel so welcome and couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was lovely didn’t wait long at all. Would highly recommend this hotel for a nice chilled and relaxing stay.
