"Very close to Mt. Sunapee, great for a ski weekend. The rooms are very large and comfortable, the beds and pillows were surprisingly good as well. The staff was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable. Asked for a fan and a heater and was helped quickly. After checkout we left a toiletry kit in the room, and within 20 minutes they had called us to let us know so we could pick it up. Excellent! The breakfast was good as well, with enough selections for everyone. The hotel needs some refurbishment, but it's understanble. Overall I would stay here again."

"Overall, not a bad place but the Staff was non existent and its always helpful to have someone to assist you when you're in a new place. Check in was not as smooth as it should have been, and the overall cleanliness left something to be desired. 3.5 stars overall. "

"Front desk staff non existent, toilet overflowed 5am, called 4x’s, shower not draining either. Finally maintenance came at 10am said something wrong in main plumbing, can’t unclog it. Opened a different room for us to shower in time for 11am check out. I so badly wanted to love this place."

"Room felt neglected- no shower curtain, TV did not work, walls and screen window was shabby - I kinda expected some neglect - this seemed like too much. Then saw the smoke detector cover was missing and lost confidence in it’s safety so left and booked at another location. "

"When was immaculate! Like a little apartment. Perfect for what I needed. I went there because my children live near there and they were super accommodating. They allowed my kids to come and visit me at the hotel and they were able to use the facilities. The pool was so much fun and the staff were incredibly nice. "
