J’avais payé pour une chambre ‘’Lovely’’ et ils ont essayés de me faire à croire que j’avais reçu un upgrade avec une chambre pour handicapés……résultat, une chambre très bien adaptée pour eux, mais rien à voir pour les gens ..."
