"Although the staff struggled to find our reservations, they got it figured out and had us wait five hours until the 4pm check-in. That made our travel day feel quite long. Once we were in our rooms, we found them to be comfortable, clean, spacious and quiet. This was our second visit, and we will be back. The area is safe with lots of shops, cafes, and nice restaurants. It’s very walkable, and the people are friendly. "

"Have stayed twice, convenient shuttle to train, which connects to airport and downtown, friendly and accommodating staff, only downside is breakfast is not free and restraurant is open morning and evening, but there is plenty of eateries in the area"

The only negatives were the housekeeping staff were literally constantly on their phones with speaker phone speaking another language, very loud and not exactly professional or appropriate in a hotel where people want rest. The breakfast wasn’t great but we don’t really book for the free breakfast so it didn’t take away from the 5 stars o gave"
