"We chose this hotel based on several amenities that checked the must have boxes for us traveling for Houston Rodeo. Their website listed shuttle service to and from NRG and hotel bar open 5pm-12am, both of which were not true. Front desk staff replied with “The website been saying that.” when we questioned false advertisement. We were also not notified of the “one car one room” policy until after checking in for a group of four with 2 vehicles. All in all it was not a bad hotel, but for someone...

That includes many hotel rooms in Italy which has notoriously small rooms. If you have the slightest problem with claustrophobia, go elsewhere."

"Hotel is conveniently located in downtown, room was spacious and bed comfortable. However building is old (in the picture looks more updated). We stayed 3 nights and not once the room got serviced. The one time I asked for coffee to be replenished, they said they would said someone and no one ever showed up. Also the restaurant of the hotel said they were unable to accommodate for shelfish allergies which is kind of standard in most restaurants now a days. This property is overpriced. "
