"Very well maintained. Only the room I was given has no latch to close washroom door.There was a big gap between the door that you can see inside."

"The hotel and room were just okay. Needs updating including paint and hallway carpets. Tv remote did not work and neither did the alarm clock. The paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. Definitely not worth $300 a night but overall fine for one night. The bed was comfortable and the blankets were nice."

"Arrived on a very busy Saturday to many guests sitting in the lobby with luggage. We were told housekeeping would not release rooms until 4pm. We waited for 1.5 hours from check-in in a line that wrapped through the lobby and out the front doors of the hotel. When we finally got to the desk I was told my room with two queens would still be a while but they could give me a room with one king bed. We were already late for the event we were scheduled to attend so I had to take the downgrade. An...

"Great hotel"

"It was wonderful stay. The property is clean and the staffs are very polite and nice. I definitely would stay in the future again."

"We were supposed to be given a room with two queen size beds. The two beds were double beds not queen so they were small. We only had one chair in our room. My daughter had two. The towel hook on the back of the bathroom door was missing. My daughter said her sheets had stains on them. We both had a towel with a hole in it. We brought swimsuits so the kids could go swimming. The pool was closed! They were sad."

"Not a good feeling when the check in desk has 2 inch bullet proof glass. Room ok for the price and just slept a few hours after U of M won the Natty!"
