"Clean, quiet, comfortable beds!"

"The room and common areas were very clean Breakfast was packaged food like granola bars and muffins. Three types of cold cereal available. Hot water for tea was not hot. Staff was very helpful and friendly "

"The mattresses were comfortable, my bed however was directly against the air conditioner, making my sleep difficult as there was two people in the bed I was basically sleeping on top of the AC. "

"We were very happy with our suite at the Park Inn. It delivered more than we expected. A fabulous hot tub built for two, a super comfortable King Bed, great bedding, super hyper allergenic pillows a plus for me. The staff was super nice, the breakfast was included and was good. Coffee comes in three choices, light, med and dark. Wow. We will stay at this Hotel again and recommend it to others."

"Clean rooms. Comfortable enough. It is a motel (doors facing outside) and I’m not convinced this is a great hotel for team sports (we came for a tournament). No central places to gather and pool Empty in April (probably to be expected but fyi). Staff were very nice. The breakfast deal isn’t actually a deal - no set times so at least 15 of our kids waited too long and had to buy elsewhere. 10 waited an hour at a table with no order taken and 5 others waited for 1.5 hrs only to be told their order...

"The breakfast was food. Friendly staff. The kitchenette in our room was poor. The equipment was poor quality as the knife was dangerously DULL! The refrigerator was not plugged in & we had to get someone to plug it in. It was nice to have a large smart tv in the livingroom & bedroom. The balcony to the grassy courtyard was nice. Just need to improve utensils in the kitchen"

"Couldn’t get back into the hotel after 1am due to the door being locked and there was no staff at the desk, I know because I went to both doors and knocked and no one came. Finally got in from the other building. Simple solution, put a swipe card feature on the front and back door "

"This was our second time staying here and it was just as nice as our first time. We had a very late check in and they were accommodating. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was super comfy. Breakfast was also delicious. Will try to book again when we visit Kelowna next."

"Pros: There was plenty of parking outside and check-in was quick. The beds were clean and comfortable. I didn’t take a photo because we dove right into them haha. There was a bedside table with a lamp and two working outlets to charge our phones. The room also had a TV with cable, and they provided WiFi details and instructions to use the TV with your key card. They provided two small bars of soap, plus small bottles of lotion, conditioner, and shampoo. I have thick, long hair and the shampoo...

"The cleanliness of the building was very well maintained and the room we stayed in exceeded our expectations! The beds were so comfy and I had such a nice sleep. We were very happy with our stay and enjoyed their breakfast. Each one of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great experience! We'll definitely see you again in the future 😊"
