I had no choice but to pay their regular rate of $160 per night which was patently ridiculous. Either Expedia or this motel is scamming the public on this one so STAY AWAY !"

"This is not a hotel. It is a single family home run by a management company. The good: House is spacious, nicely decorated. It's next to a lake with water fowl! Nice. Neighborhood is pretty and well-located. The bad: House is advertised as a 3-bedroom. It's only a 2-bdrm. There is a sofa bed in the family room, but that doesn't qualify as a 3rd bdrm. Kitchen is not as well apportioned as others. The UGLY: There was a leak in the kitchen ceiling, and black mold is beginning to...
