"Upon entering room it was not made up. Sheets and blankets were piled up on beds. Reception brought key for an adjacent room but checked the blankets before giving us the key. Why would she have to do that? There was still coffee in the pot from who knows when. Receptionist/housekeeper was vaping at front desk."

"A decent property perfect for quick stays. Nice enough staff but not exactly verbose. Shuttle service to the airport was excellent. Breakfast buffet was fine but the sausage patties looked so bad I can’t imagine why they were even being offered. Like wet discs of beige cardboard."

"Hotel from outside looked updated, inside was not. Rooms were dark and uncomfortable and not cleaned properly. Restaurant food was awful and we didn’t eat the meals we ordered. Checkin was unpleasant, person at front desk didn’t greet us or make eye contact, and was overall cold. I understand most people staying here are for one night prior to their airport departure- but overall Unpleasant stay , felt uncomfortable not sure how they have the rating they do! Will not stay again"

"I really didn’t expect such a nice room from the Western Budget Motel but it was very spacious, the kitchen in the suite was well equipped, it was clean and bright inside the room, the beds were super comfy, the key cards worked really well and fast and the breakfast was really well done. No complaints here, I would absolutely stay here again!"

"Rooms weren’t cleaned very well, there was black mould growing on the tiles in the bathroom. Also someone’s hair was in the tub. The walls had dirt and black fingerprints and handprints on the white paint- smudges on multiple areas on the room. The ironing board was stained with something brown, poor selection of apps on the TV. No cable… this place was quite rundown all in all quite disappointing."

"This was the most impressive check-in I have experienced. The lady was extremely organized and polite. The room was good with everything one would need. If you didn’t have something in your room the front desk would be there to help."
